The manufacturing process of bagasse tableware:
1.Source Material: After sugarcane juice extraction, the leftover bagasse is collected from sugar mills. This byproduct is often abundant and readily available.
2. Pulping: The cleaned bagasse is then processed into pulp. This can involve mechanical or chemical methods to break down the fibers and create a slurry.
3. Forming: The pulp is poured into the molds and pressed to shape it. This step often involves applying heat and pressure to ensure the fibers bond together effectively.
4. Removal of Moisture: The molded products are then dried to remove excess moisture. This can be done using air drying, heat drying, or a combination of both, depending on the desired properties of the final product.
5. Trimming and Quality Control: Once dried, the products are trimmed to remove any excess material and ensure uniformity. Quality control checks are performed to ensure that the products meet safety and durability standards.
